Updated Clickworker Review 2023: Can You Still Make Money?

Welcome to the updated Clickworker Review for the year 2023!

Clickworker is an online platform that offers various microtasks, allowing individuals to earn money from the comfort of their homes. I recently revisited the platform to experience the opportunities firsthand. In this blog post, I will share my updated experiences, earnings, and impressions of Clickworker.

My Clickworker Experience

If you are not aware, I worked on Clickworker a few years ago. You can read my 2019 review here which includes guides on how to sign up, what UHRS is, how much you can earn, and some tips on how to make the most out of this website.

Earlier this year, I opened my Clickworker account again. After signing in to my Clickworker account, I found out that I cannot access my UHRS account. With that, I had to email Clickworker for them to reactivate my account. I received a quick response and I was able to log in on UHRS.

Earnings

Over a period of three months, I dedicated a total of 8 hours and 24 minutes to working on UHRS tasks. During this time, I managed to earn a commendable $47.07. While this might not be a full-time income, it certainly offers a reasonable supplemental income stream, especially for those with a few hours to spare each week.

Task Diversity

UHRS continues to impress with its diverse range of microtasks. As a user, you can find tasks that match your interests and skills, making the platform accessible to a wide audience. Whether you have a flair for writing, an eye for detail, or enjoy conducting research, UHRS has something for you.

I was excited to see the array of tasks available. These tasks are grouped into different categories that include Search Relevance, Image Annotation, and Text Annotation. I dived right in and started completing tasks that I found easy to do and that it pays well.

Task Availability and Frequency

One aspect that stands out with Clickworker and UHRS is the consistent availability of tasks. Unlike some other platforms that can be sporadic in task offerings, Clickworker maintains a somewhat steady flow of assignments, providing users with regular opportunities to earn money.

It’s essential to acknowledge though that task availability and opportunities vary depending on the worker’s location. Certain tasks might be region-specific, and workers from different countries may experience differing task availability and pay rates. As a result, some users may find it more difficult to secure high-paying tasks based on their geographical location.

Pay Rates

While Clickworker offers a variety of tasks, the main concern lies in the pay rates. I found that most tasks within each category were low-paying. This can make it challenging to earn a substantial income solely through Clickworker and UHRS. Additionally, due to the large number of workers on the platform, high-paying tasks are often snapped up quickly, leaving limited opportunities for earning more.

Payment Process and Timeline

Clickworker still offers weekly payments, which is a great advantage for those looking for a quick payout. However, it’s worth noting that the payment process has been updated. Now, it takes 39 days for your weekly earnings from UHRS to become available for withdrawal.

For example, if you earned $50 this week, you won’t be able to withdraw that amount until after 39 days. This delay can be frustrating for some, especially those who are looking for immediate access to their earnings.

As for payment methods, you can cash out your earnings through PayPal, Payoneer, and SEPA bank transfers. The third option is only available for Europe workers. As for the payout threshold, it varies for each payment method. For PayPal and SEPA bank transfers, you need to have at least Eur 10. As for Payoneer, it says on their website that it’s Eur 20 but I was able to withdraw Eur 5. So I am not sure about this.

Community and Support

During my revisit to Clickworker, I found the community to be supportive and helpful. The platform has an active forum where users can seek guidance, share experiences, and interact with fellow Clickworkers. Moreover, Clickworker’s email customer support promptly addresses any concerns or queries. Finally, they have a Facebook Group where you can also ask for help.

Final Thoughts

In conclusion, Clickworker remains a legitimate platform for those interested in earning money through microtasks. However, it’s crucial to have realistic expectations. With a total earning of $47.07 in just 8 hours and 24 minutes over three months, I found Clickworker to still be a legitimate and convenient way to earn money online through microtasks.

If you are looking to make some extra cash during your free time, Clickworker is undoubtedly worth considering. The platform’s diverse range of tasks, consistent availability of assignments, user-friendly interface, and supportive community contribute to a pleasant and rewarding online working experience.

While Clickworker can be an excellent way to supplement your income, it might not replace a full-time job. Treat it as an additional source of income and enjoy the flexibility it offers.

As always, exercise caution and vigilance when working on online platforms. Be sure to read the task instructions carefully, maintain accuracy, and give your best effort in every task you undertake.

Remember that individual experiences on Clickworker can differ, so it’s essential to try it out for yourself and see if it aligns with your goals and expectations.
